My Story

Hi, I’m Dianne Leow, a clinical dietitian with over 13 years of experience supporting women through all stages of life. Over time, I found myself drawn to working with women in perimenopause and menopause—women who often feel dismissed, confused by their symptoms, and unsure where to turn for real answers.

I’ve heard the same frustrations again and again: “I don’t feel like myself,” “my moods are all over the place,” “my body is changing and I don’t know why,” or “I’m doing everything I used to, but it’s not working anymore.” These changes are real, and they’re not just “in your head.” My work is about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and supporting them with practical, compassionate nutrition and lifestyle strategies that actually fit real life.

Outside of my work, I love cooking and creating healthy, comforting meals that don’t sacrifice flavor. I also grow my own vegetables, herbs, and fruit—there’s something grounding about being close to the food we eat. I'm here to make nutrition feel approachable, personal, and supportive—because no woman should have to navigate this chapter alone.
